Met Mr. Ramsay after a long and extraordinary lunch at his eponymous restaurant on Royal Hospital Road… My friend and I were invited by the Maître D’ into the kitchen and Mr. Ramsay could not have been more kind and gracious… I never will forget that moment! Thank you Nick for a great interview… 👏🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love Gordon Ramsay not only is he a brilliant chef but he’s brutally honest with his opinions. Nick kyrgios has similar racquet skills to the genius that is Roger Federer. If he could just control his temper better on court, he could easily be winning the majors regularly. Remember when Federer first came on the scene he too had a temper but learned to control it without losing his desire to win. Nick could do the same.

Gordon was treated like the lowest life-form as a new cook back then, had to learn to navigate a huge kitchen with many other more experienced bullying cooks - that built some humility and character in him. Cooking is commonplace and was not always a respected profession. Tennis players on the other hand, have been handpicked from young with a good support system, and it's an expensive 'exclusive' sport which means you need a certain background to get to the top. I hope Kyrgios realises how much more privilege he has enjoyed compared to Ramsay - and you can just tell from the way the new gen tennis players throw tantrums on court, or treat ballboys in a way which show a clear lack of empathy never having done service-related jobs before. Throw a tantrum like that in the kitchen and you'd be returning home with a bruised eye and jobless. Ramsay loses his temper as well but you can always tell it's in a controlled fashion and industry practice - order in chaos.
