Thanks for the interview Nick. It's fun to watch you and Charles talk. I agree with you 100% that "normal people" shouldn't try to learn Olympic lifting. So many people lack the motor skills, flexibility, mobility, etc.. They should spend their time and efforts in learning to eat right and creating a structured workout plan. There's tons of way to increase intensity without introducing Olympic lifting. Advanced exercises are for advanced people.

Hello Kinda tough to hear. Agree with much of what he says. Hi repetition Oly lifting not a good idea. Olympic lifting is a skill that i believe that many can learn to perform "adequately" but to MASTER takes significant time.
