I feel like the friend/partner who worries about someone else so much is such an underrated thing. Its not necessarily the same thing as the therapist friend because you're terrified and heartbroken for that person and everything they're going through. And there's so little you can do to help them. Ofc if you're going through something like Charlie don't ever feel guilty about telling anyone, friends or partner tho. Please just try to think about them and yourself at the same time. You are not a burden ♡
