Nick Offerman is the perfect representation of my idea of true masculinity. He does masculine things and acts masculine, without being a toxic douche. He is okay talking about being romantic/sappy with his wife and does not at all feel it is a show of weakness or a threat to his manhood. Real confidence, not just a projection. Not that you need any encouragement, but keep it up Nick. We need more men in this world like you!

Same. I work on computers all day and woodworking has been such a joy. I don’t remember where I heard it, but it’s perfect: he who works with his mind must relax with their hands. Or something along those lines. If I was in the trades or something doing manual labor, I think coming home and doing woodworking would be the last thing on my mind.
