Do you not get what they're doing? Ninety percent of the time when you go onto the internet, you see a ton of "Real???" accounts. They're parody accounts. It's called satirical humor. He's going undercover as a fake account. Like joking about being a secret agent so people think even less that you could possibly be a secret agent. Or a Trojan Horse but inside is just the actual horse it was modeled after.
