That doesn’t stop people here from listing those shitboxes for the price of an actual house. Many people here are getting priced out of their own hometowns yet still a new subdivision pops up every month. One of the more popular towns is experiencing maxed out water capacity because they issued too many residential permits and the city water supply cannot support the growth. Things aint what they used to be.
