There are at least 3 different towns named Washington Township in N.J. and that one is about an hour and a half from NYC and is considered to be out in the Country.

Chico is like shitty Davis but that house might be in the fire zone. Paradise is a 20 minute drive up the hill and it burned to the ground a few years ago

Yeah, it's in the fire zone. Basically all of Northern California is. The only reason Paradise burned was because no one took care of their lots and everyone had their houses surrounded by trees. It's not that hard to make sure your house doesn't burn. And Davis is terrible because it's so close to Sac. Chico isn't full of big-city dickheads.
