NIL is not necessarily the issue in that instance. The redshirt rule used to be absent a medical hardship, you take 1 snap and that counts as a season. If it was still that way players wouldn’t be able to pull these moves regardless of NIL

Nick Saban's success as one of the greatest coaches of all time stems from his ability to be transparent, knowledgeable, and balanced in his approach. Unlike many sports commentators who may let personal bias or opinion sway their views, Saban offers a fair and honest perspective, even when addressing potentially controversial topics. His recent comments on Deion Sanders' practice methods are a perfect example of this. Rather than being dismissive or critical, Saban acknowledged Sanders' approach and its effectiveness, demonstrating respect for a fellow coach. This openness and fairness in his responses reflect his commitment to seeing the bigger picture and valuing innovation, making him a respected figure in the sports world. Saban's thoughtful, non-judgmental perspective is a model for sports analysts who sometimes let personal preferences influence their coverage. His ability to lead with integrity sets him apart as a true leader in the game.

Colorado wins the Big12. When I hear people say that Coach Prime & Colorado have been overhyped & that they've not earned the accolades bestowed upon them, I remind them that Deion Sanders was the greatest cornerback to play in the NFL, he led the Jackson State Tigers to 27 victories, back-to-back Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) titles & consecutive Celebration Bowl appearances during his time in Jackson. Moreover, Deions son Shedeur is one of the best QBs in college football & Travis Hunter who plays both sides of the football at WR & CB is a leading Heisman candidate & both will be drafted in the 1st round of the 2025 NFL draft. Deion Sanders is a devoted man of God who regularly dispenses positivity while remaining focused on creating a winning culture at Colorado & preparing young men of strong character for life after college. Sanders leadership approach focuses on self-discipline & personal accountability while emphasizing the importance of integrity, courage, loyalty, selflessness, & service to his players. Looking at Colorados remaining 2024 schedule & the competitive nature of the team, the Buffaloes are well on their way to winning the Big12. Besides having Deion Sanders as a head coach, his strong coaching staff, Shedeur Sanders at QB, Travis Hunter at WR & CB, & the fact that Texas & Oklahoma left the Big12 for the SEC, here are the reasons why Colorado will win the Big12 in 2024. 1. Returning Players A winning college football program requires continuity & Colorado has 71% returning players & that's 17th in FBS & 4th in the Big12. That includes QB Shedeur, WR/CB Travis Hunter, LB LaVonta Bentley, S Shilo Sanders, OL Hank Zilinskas & many others, as 67% of offense returned & 75% defense. Last years college teams with these percentages of returning players did very well. Hence, the statistics favor Colorado. 2. Transfer Portal Colorado is #8 in the 2024 Transfer Football Team Rankings. The Buffaloes transfer portal acquisitions significantly enhance the team & will be crucial to them winning the Big12. They've picked up FAU LB Jaylen Wester & former Charlotte/Michigan linebacker Nikhai-Hill Green. They've added Oklahoma State transfer D.J. McKinney & Liberty transfer Preston Hodge. Their pass rush improved as well, with the addition of Arizona State transfer B.J. Green. The No. 7-ranked DL in the transfer portal. Former Pitt edge Dayon Hayes or Samuel Okunlola will line up opposite of Green. Rayyan Buell, On3's No. 8-ranked spring transfer commit is a 6-3, 275-pound defensive lineman from Ohio. Houston transfer Chidozie Nwankwo, LSU transfer Quency Wiggins, Alabama transfer Anquin Barnes, Buell & others will allow Colorado's pass rush to become dominant. WR Will Sheppard acquired from Vanderbilt will be an additional target for Shedeur, as will Florida Atlantic transfer WR LaJohntay Wester, who will also return punts. The Colorado running back room has been replenished by two transfers & two true freshmen as well. 3. Offensive Line Protecting Shedeur is key to Colorado winning & their Oline has improved via returning players & player upgrades via the transfer portal. OT Jordan Seaton received fourth-team preseason All-Big 12 honors from Athlon. The additions of Justin Mayers from UTEP, Tyler Johnson from Houston, Indiana transfer Kahlil Benson & returning sophomore center Hank Zilinskas will anchor the Oline. Shedeur will have time to throw, & he has a solid corp of talented WRs to work the field & he can scramble. The Buffaloes will have no problem scoring in 2024, but more importantly, their revamped defense will stop their opponents from scoring the plethora of points they did against the Buffaloes in 2023. Before the arrival of Deion Sanders at Colorado, the Buffaloes were a 1 win irrelevant program. Expectations were high in 2023, but Colorado only won 4 games. Expect the play of the Buffaloes to catch up with expectations in 2024. Colorado wins the Big12 & on to the CFP.

The NCAA and ESPN literally BUILT the SEC to be a super conference. It’s irritating knowing this and then to hear Saban complain about the strength of schedule. These power conferences deliberately avoid scheduling good teams from non power conferences. So what are those schools supposed to do when they want to compete at the highest levels?!? In my opinion, each team in these “power “ conferences should be required to have at least 1 G5 team on their schedule and ALL G5 champions must play a “power” school. This includes basketball too.

No, you can’t cap this. NCAA football is directly affiliated with the NFL. There’s too much money at stake. These students have to be able to put themselves in the right situation for their futures. You have to play in the NCAA to play in the NFL and get drafted, for the most part. Money leads to corruption. It would be different if these child’s could ever yet the league out of Highschool and the NFL wasn’t a part of NCAA football. Until the NFL separates itself, these players need to and have to have complete power over their lives/ futures. It shouldn’t matter what players do. College teams should be fine regardless, they have the money, and they have other players. If they struggle, they must not be doing something right.

This policy safeguards student-athletes from losing academic credits due to frequent transfers, which could delay their progress toward earning a degree. I support Coach's stance-protecting the academic and long-term financial well-being of student-athletes is essential."

The average lifespan of an American male is 76 or so. Chances are your age is closer to that number, rather than farther. It's really simple. You're old, old don't like different, because it reminds old that the world is changing whether or not old gives it permission to. That's what bothers you. Nobody asked you for the change, and that really bothers you because it hurts your ego. All you have to do is watch other stuff, but you wanted everyone (who mostly will never care) just how disappointed you are. Lol. That's an easy way to age you. Younger folks just flip to something else, but they don't feel the need to inform everyone that they 'dont like something'.

Then all the commercials and speeches and shows that you are doing now why not volunteer to do those and not accept any revenue for you NIL of being the GOAT of college coaches! I’m a Nick fan but just completely disagree with his stance on that and the statement he made of anybody on the street can tell guys what to do man that goes on every level of the game from little league football to even NFL you will always have people on the street sort of speak telling player on what to do. This is a supposed free country so allow these kids to make money off of what the NCAA and other large entity is making money off their NIL and truth being told play for play has been going on since the start of sports.

UCF -14 against Colorado We're all fed up with all this talk about Deion, Shedeur, and Travis Hunter. Baylor is a mediocre team at best and missed the FG on purpose like Aubrey from the Cowboys. UCF will be America's team for this one weekend, just like they were when they won the national championship a few years ago.

18:26 Coach Prime actually clarified when asked that he didn’t start the entire practice over. Like Coach Saban, he started the period over. SkoBuffs!!🎉🦬🏈
