Coach Saban is So Correct. I’m a West Coast guy and attended many games out west. Now living in Florida I’ve gone to SEC games in Oxford, Gainesville and last week in Tuscaloosa. There is So Much Passion it’s Addicting. I had So Much fun at the Iron Bowl and witnessing the Tradition of Alabama Football that I am Addicted to now. What an Experience in Bryant-Denny Stadium, Wow!

Actually a first down inbounds inside of 2:40... w/no timeouts left for defense use is GAME OVER! If you are up by no more than three with 4th and 2 or less from the 30 or closer its a no-brainer... you go for it Because in 8/10 cases... a turnover on Downs gives your team better field position to defend opposed to a kickoff! And if a field goal is an option most teams are playing with that in mind... making you less susceptible to the House call to lose the game!

It was the right decision for numerous reasons. 1. Still plenty of time on the clock for GB to come back and score. 2. Detroit was already 3/4 on 4th down, so it was working. 3. Big time division game with huge implications. They were going for the win. 4. That’s just Dan Campbell.

Saban suffers from convenient amnesia. He had Drew Brees in his facility in Miami and turned him down before sending him to the Saints. He had a chance to draft Aaron Rodgers. Saban controlled the Dolphins #2 overall pick in the first round in 2005 and didn’t pick a QB. That’s his fault. Saban didn’t have a good QB in Miami because he never made it a priority.

Saban was a great College Coach, before the NIL, but when he tried his hand at the NFL (Miami), he was a failure, when College Football went to the NIL format, Saban seen the handwriting on the wall, just like the NFL, Saban couldn't keep up his winning, because everyone was getting players, so just like the NFL, Saban seen it was time to quit, just like he did at Miami, it's a different game when you can't keep the best players, and he didn't want any part of it.

As an Oregon fan I really do believe Georgia is gonna win as well.
