Nick Skeleton, Pierre Durant, Bezzie, George Morris, Rodney Jenkins, Nelson Pessoa and his son .and the list goes on and on. When you talk about the greatest horse, highjumper. HUASO!! 2.47 METERS. Crashed the whole fence on the 2nd attempt,got up and said, that didn't hurt let's do it again and jumped 8 foot 1. Still stands. If I'm wrong, I will stand corrected. If you haven't seen the video of Huaso jumping 8 foot 1 I highly recommend it. Right up there with Secretariat Bellmont.

No one would dare use spurs or a whip on Apollo! Any rider had a job to slow him down!! Amazing horse
