to be honest im 100% a niley fan, don;t hate me for saying this but this song could be about selena. i read in a magazine that nick saw selena in one of his concerts ("stay" wasnt written yet) and a couple days later, he sang "stay" as a new song he just wrote. i could be wrong and maybe he was just thinking about miley and written it, but who knows. nick wrote it and its a beautiful song
