I think it's worth it even from the 15 Pro Max because of the thermal changes. The 15 Pro Max with the same tasks I used runs markedly hotter, dims and throttles much easier), IMHO.

jus received my 16 pro desert titanium on 19th oct (upgraded from my 12 mini).. Amazing display, Premium design, Breathtaking quality and performance (A18 PRO IS A BEAST), cameras are superb, battery life may not be as great as the pro max or the 16plus but decent enough for a day’s performance .. I’m loving it

I’ve already had to get a replacement on my 16 pro because I go on runs with my phone and ended up tripping, falling, and cracking the screen. The body however, was unfazed! Only reason I had to get a replacement instead of just a screen repair from apple is because the phone is so new that they didn’t have the parts yet.

I don’t get the argument that it looks the same. More importantly what change would YOU want on the outside to make it a BETTER phone? You don’t just change a phones design for the sake of change. What would make the phone better on the outside. IMO opinion it’s the perfect looking phone. Just change/upgrade the insides that’s all that’s needed.

Apple has stopped innovating years ago. I got the 14 pro max and before Apple announced the 6 pro max I was super excited to upgrade. I even got the Apple Card to purchase the iPhone…..then they announced it and was very disappointed. Now I’m gonna keep my 14 pro max another year and hopefully they make it a worthy upgrade. Good thing is that I also have the S24 ultra so helps.

For me coming from an IPhone 10 this is a perfect phone…battery life is wild I went for a 30 minute walk and the phone was on 100 the entire time. I probably won’t update until the iPhone 19 or 20

I’m loving my 16 Pro Max and my only complaints with it are the RAM, coz 8GB RAM won’t be enough as Apple Intelligence gets more complex with more features added, that 8GB RAM will be like 4GB RAM which won’t be enough and the reflective display which is a bit annoying and of course the camera at 1x zoom which is actually a little worse than my 14 Pro Max when you zoom in.

What can be done is all screen no Dynamic Island, a much larger phone like 7-7.2”, change the camera design significantly, speaker design, button placement lower, there is a lot of little details they could change to make the phone feel like a new product

Hi Nick, should I trade in from regular 14 Pro with 87% bh from February 2023 to 16 Pro Max or wait for the 17 Pro Max? And if the 16, should I go for the 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max? I have large hands and want better battery life but the 12pm was too big for me for 1.5 years of use, but the 14 pro has much worse battery life and it's heavier for some reason but is more compact and convenient, but the keyboard size on the pro max is more convenient for me.

Also by next year, AI will be better, battery ever so slightly improved, new chip, new cam, smaller dynamic island and supposedly a new design (but let's see lol) wait it out. 14pro is still a decent phone

I own a Iphone 13 Pro Max and a Samsung S24 Ultra and I wish that the IPhone would have the liberty of making it easy like Samsung to have hard copied music without having to use streaming services. I'm a music person and Apple just makes it to difficult to stay with them. With Samsung you have a lot more liberties and freedom with music and so much more when it comes to customization. With the IPhone I feel like a dog on a leash compared to my Samsung. I like the IPhone and I have it for certain reasons only and has great quality features that I like to use from time to time. Imo, the IPhone has still a long way to go when it comes to innovation. I believe if Steve Jobs was still with us, the Iphone would be a lot different than what it is today, especially when it comes to attaining music since he was a music guy.

I went from the iPhone 15 plus to the iPhone 16 pro just for the size bcuz my hands can barely hold the 15 plus! I always felt I was going to drop my phone every time I’m trying to take a picture bcuz my hands are too small to hold the phone! The 16 pro is perfect for my hands to hold! If I can’t use the phone as comfortably with one hand (tiny hands), but am an extremely heavy user around 7 to 8 1/2 hours of screen on time would the pro max be better or the pro. I do use my phone for KZbin a bit as well. The pro max battery doesn’t last me but can get quite close. Pro I need like 125% or so. Pro is maybe 90-105%.

@@Ask-Ali go to a phone shop and go look at the 16 pro max yourself, they all told me on KZbin the phone was huge but I’m 68kg and my arms are so skinny yet I held it with one hand so it’s most definitely an exaggeration. Apple has the option to use the keyboard on one side of the screen if it’s a problem but people are being very dramatic.

Just traded in my 14 pro max for this phone same color was mad that the Apple Store didn’t have the grey one smh. They gave me 500 and paid 794 in cash and got it unlocked. Only reason I upgraded was because my 14 pro max battery didn’t last a whole day if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t of upgraded but I love this phone my battery has lasted a day and a half off one charge so no complaints here.
