It’s great to watch these “first time” vids, Nick, as it kind of freshens the song for me too, if ya know what I mean. I’ve listened to this album for 35 years...35 YEARS! Man that seems nuts. I guess whatever music genre you really connect with when you are around 14-15 years old never goes away and that’s cool. What else is cool is when you try to appreciate other genres too. Kudos dude, kudos.

The reason why Metallica has to be considered among the 4-5 greatest bands that have ever excisted....they have through 39 years set the bar so high that only maximum a handful of bands in all music genres can have admission to enter the same sphere where Metallica is

Maths and music are linked, can't remember how but a lot of musicians excel at maths, technical drawing and that type of thing

Music and math - ever used an electronic tuner? Frequencies, harmonics, wavelengths - those which compliment or reinforce each other and those which cancel each other out.... Good call!

the early albums were much better than the @#$%LOAD album and they never really recovered any until they finally woke up or snapped out of their funk. "trapped under ice" is a highly underrated song that is one of my favorites for its punch in the face right out the gate. Breadfan is another song that does the same thing. and "Am i evil " check em out
