2 cups flour 1 and 1/4th tsp salt 1/4th tsp baking powder 1/4th cup lard 2/3rd cups warm water I can't tell you how many times i had to watch it over to write this lol😂

For anyone wanting to know the difference between rotis/chapatis and (flour) tortillas, rotis are made with whole wheat flour (atta) and are simply flour and water, while flour tortillas are made with refined flour (maida) and have lard or some sort of oil to create a texture similar to parathas. And yes, these are a traditional thing in northern Mexico; a lot of the techniques actually mirror what you'd see in a Desi household :D
