From what I've gathered the staff at these fancy hotels tend to be more or less normal people, it's the clientele that I've heard that you need to be worried about at "high-class" places. (I imagine it's because the staff are well-aware that they're selling a illusion, while the ultra-rich legitimately do seem to live in their own world.)

As a recovering wealth-shamer 😂 I have come to the realization that human ingenuity is amazing and what you have to realize is that anytime a structure is built or a concept is created, there are hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands or even more people involved in bringing that dream to fruition. It’s not like wealthy people just create something in a vacuum and no one, benefits. There are so many people who get paid because they are part of the creative process and that’s awesome!
