the first song is Pastures New, like so many thile songs it is straight out of middle earth. Then into Flippen the Flip (a punch bros song) then fox

And Flippen is a Vasen song from 2004 that predates the Punch Brothers version from 2012. The PB's might have played it live prior to working it into a studio album, similar to have NC incorporated it live here in 2007.
