Raw courage and honesty. This is why Chad and the boys have my heart. Not a cowardly deceitful pre-recorded track in sight. They just did what a true band of brothers should do. Unite and help Chad get through it. The best!!

I was there and was thoroughly disappointed. I wish they would have rescheduled. First time seeing them. He looked frustrated all night and it was not fun to watch him struggle. Shit sucked they shouldn’t have had him sing sounding like that. Left in the middle of Photograph because he wasn’t hardly singing at that point.
@bsipe4
@bsipe4 Жыл бұрын
@@flippydippie1001 disagree, this was my 3rd concert and took a friend who was seeing them for the first time. I thought he sounded a little raspier than normal, but my buddy said he didn’t even notice a thing. Would’ve been livid to leave mid show to be rescheduled to another date. Completely worthwhile show to me

@@bsipe4 from the lawn it sounded like crap. Unsure if you had seats but as we were leaving you could really hear his voice over the music and it was abysmal. They shouldn’t have even gone on stage like that.

@@flippydippie1001 we were under the roof in the seats. I guess I could see how it could sound more drowned out from the lawn and in the back, so I hear you. But again I’m not sure how happy I’d be to have started the show to cancel 3 songs in. Would also be frustrating
@flippydippie1001
@flippydippie1001 Жыл бұрын
@@bsipe4 no I completely agree with mid show. I’m saying they never should have went on to begin with. Sold out show with a down main vocalist who is the show runner for the band? He also looked extremely frustrated the whole time and that wasn’t fun to watch. My wife said they were much better when she saw them the first time. I mean he can’t control that his voice went out. Shit happens. But a sold out crowd deserved better than that. I don’t blame him, it’s a shit position to be in. But as a fan who didn’t enjoy the beginning acts (not my cup of tea but they did have a good show) having the only band I wanted to see perform like that was a huge disappointment. I hope I can see them again at full caliber. Just sucks this was my first impression

Love the courage it takes to sing in front of thousands of people when your voice is not 100%. Has to be rough but still wish they played the whole setlist. Let the band play and the crowd sing it, better than not playing it at all. Still put on a good show, just wish songs didn't get cut out of the concert.
