I'm just saying here. 3 SpongeBob and Avatar reps were in the first game, Avatar IS a fighting show, Zuko was in Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3, and it makes no sense for a character from a fighting show not show up in a fighting game, but a kart racer. As much as I enjoyed speculating about the roster and catching up on leaks, I couldn't justify buying the game until it dropped on PS Plus. I’m honestly surprised they chose not to have Clide to be a 3rd Loud House rep in the first game, he’s so far been in both the 2 recent Nick Kart racing games so I personally found it weird he didn’t get added into All-Star Brawl, possibly in the sequel, he could have a good chance to get in this time. Also would like to point this out, since SpongeBob might end up being the Super Mario of the roster, why not add in Plankton for some villain representation. I believe only Zim and Shredder were basically the only villains in the game so I think adding in more villains for the sequel would be interesting.

I felt the first NASB was very underrated, while it did feel cheaper compared to Smash, it was still a lot of fun, and I'm glad a sequel is coming. Jimmy Neutron was my most wanted DLC character for the first game, so it's great to see he'll be in the new one. Other character I'd like to see are Timmy Turner, Zuko, and El Tigre. I hope they'll tweak the gameplay for the sequel, like adding dodge rolls while blocking.

He would be such a bizarre wild card with a cast of a cartoony characters, to be a super detailed reptilian sort of a backwards Steve for this game. I don't think I've seen a gun slinging sheriff in a fighting game before, Maybe we could see the Town of Dirt as a stage with quest appearances? But I'm not sure, sadly I think they'll represent older cartoons rather than a one off movie that has some seriously dark undertones. Who knows, I'm pumped for the speculation on this game!

This is great! NASB 1 had such fun ideas, but they weren't fully executed. My biggest hopes for 2 is that characters have more unique/faithful movesets, and there's more polish overall. Seeing as Patrick has a new move does give me hope characters have more unique moves, Aang and Korra especially need proper bending attacks.

I'm definitely very happy with this news, like there's quite a lot of characters they can add to the Platform Fighter in general, like I do love the fact they wanted to add Casey Jones to the Roster when they pitched the game to Nick/Gamemill, so there's a good chance he could make in the sequel since a few of those Pitch Document characters are confirmed for the sequel, I wouldn't say no to that, also I wouldn't mind seeing MLaaTR getting another rep that isn't just Jenny, which I figure could be Vexus which is the primary Antagonist of that series, aside from that I'm gonna go with Nora Jenny's creator and Mom, since she has been known to get into scraps before, even standing up to Vexus once and keeping up with her. Honestly there's so many characters they could add, Multiple characters from Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, Danny Phantom and if they can deal with the rights issues Fairly Odd Parents. This sequel will likely be an improvement over the sequel, I can feel it. Especially if they go hard with Character Interactions and Alt Character skins that's halfway to a new character, like what Multiversus did with the whole Variant thing that was awesome, it allowed characters that wouldn't normally get an actual Moveset either they don't appear much at all or is just a plain copy of what we already have so you could play as these characters if you wanted, also being a fun Variant of what characters you already have is also great too.

I bought the first one with all the dlc on a sale. It was pretty fun, so I’m looking forward to the sequel, though I’ll probably wait for a sale like I did with the first one. Edit: though I hope they give us more control options like strong attack being able to be done with attack and a direction at the same time and doing tilts with the analog stick, I hate it when doing a strong attack

I wish they would open things up a bit to include live action characters. I would love to see, (which we know now they wanted to but were denied) Alex Mack. As well as someone like Kel Mitchel as ed, maybe some gameshow host like kirk fog or summer sanders. Then of course we need some franchises to actually get the star of their shows, it's weird that they are omitted.

Well NASB needed a sequel, there were fundamental problems with it that couldn't be fixed with updates, like no crossplay, gameplay being too competitive/repetitive, etc.
