if you watch the judges clothing, you notice that Putri, Gabrielle, Roland (no GB) and Chakra ALL perform in the same audition. They already gave Putri, whom is from Indonesia a golden buzzer. So, to keep its diversity, they couldn’t give him a golden buzzer, even if they wanted to. It’s just business, sad but true.

AGT judges plus the host have a limited number of Golden Buzzers per season and there is so much talent this season. Each judge, the host and the group as a whole can give out only one golden buzzer per season. If Cakra's audition was later in the season, there may be fewer golden buzzers to hand out.
