Hi, I've watched many videos on your channel, and it is helpful. I have a question about the controlled experiment and causal effect. How do I know either X1(continuous variable) or X2(Dummy variable) has a causal effect on y?

Like, after you've randomized them in your experiment? You can just look at the raw association between the variable and y to get the effect on y. So the correlation or difference in means, respectively, or regressing y on the variable
