Thank you for this expose, CTV! This type of thing happens way too often in the legal field with unscrupulous attorneys who, instead of being interested in justice for their clients, are in it for their own selfish career ambitions and prominence. I've seen it happen firsthand with close friends and family members, in which they've hired lawyers who they've put their trust in and who were supposed to be there to represent and bring them justice only to later find out that justice was never a priority for the lawyers. In all cases, they later found out that the lawyers were in bed with and paid off by the opposition (and in certain cases, the lawyers knew each other and practiced law in the same localities). It's an ultimate betrayal and absolute legal malpractice. After all the discrepancies and straight-up incompetencies you've outlined in this video, I really do hope Nosey finds another lawyer to renegotiate the terms of that ridiculous settlement. Jen should run fast and far away from that TB lawyer, who has been a complete disaster and total disservice to her. It's extremely dangerous playing with her life in this manner when all she wants is justice. He has made too many unacceptable mistakes to be a reliable lawyer, let alone taken seriously. In seeking another attorney I hope Jen has someone like you, CTV, to help guide her in seeking an excellent attorney who is there for no other reason than to serve, because there are greedy sharks (like this TB guy) waiting for the opportunity to elevate their own careers rather than be of service to those who seek justice. This whole expose just brings to mind what an excellent forensic psychiatrist/research scientist said: another word for lawyer is liar (this doesn't of course apply to all lawyers, but it does for many).
