Also if these women were so fascinated with career advice why you going to a hotel or if you feel the vibe is leaning toward something intimate why stay in that situation. if you were in mortal danger you better scream, kick, yell, fight back, but in most cases this is non existent. we teach this to children let alone grown adults.

I appreciate Judge Mathis' honesty... somehow I feel like a lot of the black community has turned their backs on Cosby due to pure allegations. The Due Process that Judge Mathis is referring to isn't being respected by anyone -- social media outlets and tabloids has given others that self-righteous feeling that they're judge and juror and can already paint the man guilty. However, the proper procedure is INNOCENT until proven guilty and everyone is negating that but wouldn't be so bold if they themselves were in the crossfires of lies, wishing the justice system would treat them with the respect of Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Think about it... a black man in the 60s through 80s America is raping white men... when in the hell did white America EVER let that fly? He would've been lynched before he could even see a trial and everyone can testify to that. We'd have white men lining up by the pick-up truck just to get at him, so why wait so long to lie? People are now saying "oh not all these women claimed rape", YES THEY DID! That's what this WHOOOLE situation is about, how intoxicated fondling turned into rape... and even those who claim he only ever fondled them STILL also said he raped them. The sad part is, this destruction of the man could happen to anyone whether it's a famous person or not. If I left earth, tomorrow, to take a vacation on Mars an 30 women claimed I assaulted them, during the whole time I'm gone, I'd still be in trouble with the law even with the tickets to testify my alibi. This man is on his way to the grave, he's old and falling apart -- I guarantee after he's been proven innocent, should he die the very next week, everyone who was against him will have changed their opinions. Grown people behaving so fickle and childish, I wonder how all those women sleep at night, if they dream of the hell they're going to and wake up the next morning contemplating if they should confess that their allegations are lies. It's pure fucking evil what these bitches are doing to him... I'll give three of them the benefit of the doubt and say they met up with Cosby back in the day, had a few drinks with him and maybe did a few drugs like every other Hollywood and Rockstar (because Quaaludes were a common drug along with lsd, ether, mescaline, extasy, coke, heroin, etc) but now look back years later with regret. How many of us did something 10-15-20 years ago we look back on with embarrassment, now? It could've been the silliest thing that no one even remembers, but we do. That doesn't mean we try to hold others accountable for our own bad decisions. These women need to grow up and take responsibility for their own actions, such as lying and destroying a man's career. Give Honor to God, the Father ,His Son,Jesus the Christ, was not aware of the issues of Mr.Cosby, that had confronted him with the allegations of Sexual deprivations and abuse by so many women, surely , a man of his stature, being called "America 's Father ",would have been cautioned evaluate the many women, black, white, others, who were alledged to have been in close contact with a married man ! What was their game? Was it financial gain ? Exploration? Or sheer innocence on their parts ? Business should always be conducted in the presence of another trusted advisor! Yes, the glamour, fame, feelings,of being the best in America, that is still ruled, controlled by the powers too be ,and white corporate America, no one, should ever be above the laws of common Sense,if it looks bad, smell bad, throw it away, for the cost of being foolish is a price to be paid, understand that schloar from U in Penn, sued and received millions for her pain, suffering, but still overcame her memory lapses, from so long ago, after having secret issues of defilement, hurt, and shame, dollars don't take away the aniexties of suffering, who we do in the dark is never revealed, until others have s forum,it tight, but right,my late Bishop told Me,the lust of the flesh,is the pride of life, so many people suffered this disgrace too, see, every body waits for the stink smell,we Blac America had put our eyes on this man, which was wrong,he was hero for a season, many counting on him to be their life line.we pray for the alledged victims, and we pray for Mother Crosby, and the pain, heartache she daily faces, but but be strong, woman of God,this too shall pass away in time, for Jesus said:where are the accusers,go and sin no more, Mr.Crosby you pray for the redemption of all of those involved, but most of all for being a gullible man,who allowed lust to overtake your soul.may God have mercy on all of us here in America and abroad.for we all fall short daily,as we die to our own self will . Andrea constant was not drug, none of them clothes was taken off, they had dinner by the fireplace, she broth him a gift of Bath salt and said she didn’t give a dam about his wife. She even asked him to pay for butt job. She spends the night and got up and have breakfast with him, she went and pick out her favorite tea, from his tea room. When she went home she call her friends and told them that Cosby was a gentleman. Mr. Cosby chefs is the one who served them dinner. Mr. Cosby doesn’t drinks. Andrea asked for wine with her dinner. No drugs was given to her. She came in saying she had a headache, why she didn’t go home? Her plan was in place to set him up, she asked for something for the headache, he told her he take Benadryl for him, if she want some, she said yes, she went into the bathroom to take it or not take it, she didn’t asked for water to take it in front of him. She called him 79 times on Valentine’s Day because she couldn’t get him at his three houses. That’s months after the alleged allegations, then she drove to CT at Foxx Wood casino to visit him, and got into his bed after she had her own room, he told her he was tired and she got mad, and said I drove all this way for nothing. She Again call him after the alleged allegations, fir tickets to his show in Canada for her parents and her, where she and the family attended and brought him gifts. They even went backstage and thank him. Andrea Constant was the only person on trial, not any of the other groupies that the Metoo movement put together to take him down. They was never drugged by Cosby. All if not most of the groupies were drug attic’s and alcoholic. I can go on and on with the facts of the trial, because I was there in court every day. Why we not talking about Andrea Constant behavior and what she said and didn’t do, because nothing happened between them that day at his house. The chef was there. She was only in the dining room where they had dinner, no where else. She asked him if she can spend the night. He told her she can sleep on the sofa. And he went to bed. Is that someone who was assaulted? NO She lied, she told her roommate friends that she is going to setup a rich man for money. Her mom is a racist she don’t like blacks, she said it in front of her daughter ex- boyfriend who testified. Andrea Constant was madly in love with Steve Nash, and she and mom didn’t like that he had a black girlfriend, the mom wanted him for Andrea.

What does giving more money than any black person in the world to black colleges has to do with giving him the benefit of the doubt ? Does he mean if he was just an ordinary black person who did not give millions of dollars he would not give him the benefit of the doubt ? It all comes down to due process and being able to afford the lawyers he can. Nothing to do with skin color and everything to do with $$$
