I appreciate Judge Mathis' honesty... somehow I feel like a lot of the black community has turned their backs on Cosby due to pure allegations. The Due Process that Judge Mathis is referring to isn't being respected by anyone -- social media outlets and tabloids has given others that self-righteous feeling that they're judge and juror and can already paint the man guilty. However, the proper procedure is INNOCENT until proven guilty and everyone is negating that but wouldn't be so bold if they themselves were in the crossfires of lies, wishing the justice system would treat them with the respect of Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Andrea constant was not drug, none of them clothes was taken off, they had dinner by the fireplace, she broth him a gift of Bath salt and said she didn’t give a dam about his wife. She even asked him to pay for butt job. She spends the night and got up and have breakfast with him, she went and pick out her favorite tea, from his tea room. When she went home she call her friends and told them that Cosby was a gentleman. Mr. Cosby chefs is the one who served them dinner. Mr. Cosby doesn’t drinks. Andrea asked for wine with her dinner. No drugs was given to her. She came in saying she had a headache, why she didn’t go home? Her plan was in place to set him up, she asked for something for the headache, he told her he take Benadryl for him, if she want some, she said yes, she went into the bathroom to take it or not take it, she didn’t asked for water to take it in front of him. She called him 79 times on Valentine’s Day because she couldn’t get him at his three houses. That’s months after the alleged allegations, then she drove to CT at Foxx Wood casino to visit him, and got into his bed after she had her own room, he told her he was tired and she got mad, and said I drove all this way for nothing. She Again call him after the alleged allegations, fir tickets to his show in Canada for her parents and her, where she and the family attended and brought him gifts. They even went backstage and thank him. Andrea Constant was the only person on trial, not any of the other groupies that the Metoo movement put together to take him down. They was never drugged by Cosby. All if not most of the groupies were drug attic’s and alcoholic. I can go on and on with the facts of the trial, because I was there in court every day. Why we not talking about Andrea Constant behavior and what she said and didn’t do, because nothing happened between them that day at his house. The chef was there. She was only in the dining room where they had dinner, no where else. She asked him if she can spend the night. He told her she can sleep on the sofa. And he went to bed. Is that someone who was assaulted? NO She lied, she told her roommate friends that she is going to setup a rich man for money. Her mom is a racist she don’t like blacks, she said it in front of her daughter ex- boyfriend who testified. Andrea Constant was madly in love with Steve Nash, and she and mom didn’t like that he had a black girlfriend, the mom wanted him for Andrea.
