"I guess you needed a PAP" 1. A pap smear. In reference to Remy having a hard time having kids due to some condition she has or something. 2. Papoose. Remy's husband. He's also a rapper, a good one too. He has a very unique approach to his lyrics and flow that can be identified if you listen to him enough and Remy had exactly that. Everyone heard it and said "nah this sounds like Papoose". Then she tried to perform her diss track a day after it came out and didn't know any of the words.

I agree with you. The reason that is is because he does conscious rap. Like your skills will get overlooked if most of your discography isn't conscious rap. People like Nicki Minaj, Drake, Big Sean, A$AP Rocky, etc are not looked up at like J Cole or Kendrick Lamar although they are in the same tier as them. Or even the newer generation. Compare Cordae to Ski Mask The Slump God. People will be quick to say Cordae is better because he does conscious rap when in actuality it's Ski Mask The Slump God when it comes to skill. It's understandable and what is what it is.
