The opening was magical. You two have upped your game on the videos. Even though your plans for filming had changed it was perfect in every way. That rascal Indy, chasing the sheep. I'm happy to see that she has healed so quickly. As an English speaker who wants to learn Italian, I think that Carlo speaking Italian with English subtitles is great for me. It helps me to learn a few words and phrases, plus the occasional sound of people speaking Italian makes this Positano Diary more enjoyable. Nicki, I love your style. I'm an ESL teacher. Tell Carlo his English is great! Just keep using it and it will become natural:) When you lose a word, just talk 'around it' until you describe what you want to say enough so that the person you are talking to 'gets it.' It's called circumlocution in linguistics speak. Just keep talking. You've got this! I've been watching your videos from the beginning and still love checking in for a little Positano on Sundays with my coffee.

❤️Thanks for sharing another beautiful slice of your life with us. Carlo - your drone footage of the hills looks incredible. Nicki….did you know that you could save yourself from heaving heavy cartons of oat milk up and down all these steps - by making it yourself? You just soak 1 cup of oats in 4 cups of water for 30 minutes, toss everything into a blender and blend till smooth - then strain it through a clean t-shirt or something similar. I make big batches and it tastes exactly the same as the branded stuff. If you add some vanilla essence or some chocolate, it’s even better.❤️

The good reward from the exercise. Love this. Thank you! Well done!

And here were so many of their expensive fine wool Merino sheep now in the house. The border collie had herded them from a paddock through the screened back door - now broken, and into the house!!!
