Chadwick Boseman spent the final months of his life advocating for social justice and protecting front-line workers from COVID-19.
Even though the Black Panther star was taken away too early, his final social media messages capture the character of an artist on and off the screen.
In April of 2020, Boseman also used his social media platform on Jackie Robinson day to shine a light on the impact of the coronavirus on essential workers, particularly minority communities.
And in the weeks before his death, Boseman used his A-List status to highlight the work of the Black Lives Matter Movement and used his social media platform to promote and give the movement a voice. Here are Chadwick Boseman's final social media posts before passing away.

Who's back here after watching the Wakanda forever teaser? To think he was silently suffering the entire time. I never would have guessed he was sick. This man looked so healthy. His health went down hill almost overnight. Cancer is scary. Just goes to show you that he fought as hard off screen as he did on screen. A true man of spirit and integrity. We miss you King and #42. Colon cancer specifically kills you fast or slow. The suffering is terrible. My cousin had it and he succumbed in a couple of months. He was in his late 30s. Another loved one had it and she passed away almost 2 years or so after her diagnosis. She was given weeks to live. R.I.P. to those who suffered with this cancer

I’ve never been much of a fan of actors and how sanctimonious they act. I never felt that with Chadwick. I always felt that everything he said came from the heart, and although I didn’t always agree with him, I respected him. RIP Chadwick.
