@@jeffconley819 you should, it’s definitely not at all the most redneck bluecollar “trashiest” city/town in North Carolina i go all the time… i’d say asheboro is a good middle ground between an NC city and a backcountry town… plenty of rural peaceful areas not developed by the city yet while still having a downtown that you could spend a relaxing night in… safe and sits at a perfect middle between Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro if you ever wanted to make abt an hour drive to the big cities of the state… definitely worth the visit i encourage you to check it out, if anything i’d say it is the most underrated city/town in NC

Would it not be just as easy to say: "I receive a 61% discount on my grocery bill each year"? Because ultimately, it's you and me that win because of those subsidies, not farmers. Farming is not like any other industry. If every car manufacturer in the US goes bankrupt tomorrow, you'll still drive. If every doctor in the US quits work tomorrow, life expectancy will fall, but it won't be the end of human kind. If every farmer goes out of business tomorrow... How long can you live for? Be honest. How long? By the way, while I have worked in agriculture in the past, I'm not a farmer and I'm not invested in any way. But I know what is truly valuable and what isn't.

He was so worried about inflation and the deficit before he got elected, but now he basically flip-flopped and basically told the people that there’s nothing he can do about the prices. Even though I know people are gonna say he didn’t say that, but basically more than likely prices are not gonna drop and a lot of us know that. And also he wanted Congress to increase the debt ceiling in order for him to get his tax cuts to Elon Musk and the others, but somehow, they blame the Democrats for it, not passing the house, even though republicans control the house?
