i once heard from a youtuber that uploading videos are like planting seeds. they will grow and benefit you in the future. i like the story of russ from retro game corps channel. he just keeps uploading videos that are relevant to his channel's topic, and the algorithm finally rewarded it. now youtube is his full time job :)

This is a great video. I am not sure why the views are so low. One thing I will say is that the reason I didn't subscribe is because even though this is a great video, I can't really glean from the video itself what the. aims of the channel are.
