I can see where Mercs is coming from but as the Coach he is spreading more dissension with his response to the situation that Golphins comment. Nicks could've handled this a whole host of ways as opposed to getting upset at the fact it's actually a true comment. ''OH shit you're right, boutta hand him some stocks'' or whatever right. Play along. Play it off. Instead he fired their coach and now everyone is too scared to speak up when it matters.

Like Imperial Hal said Nick is valid with how he reacted and at the end of the day Nick makes it a point that he dropped it. It’s difficult to extinguish drama immediately when both their chats combined have 10,000’s of people talking about it. It’s like when a Man divorced 3 time says to a man happily married “you better be careful cuz she’s so pretty she might realize she’s better off with someone else”. Is it lie to say that no but it’s not something you say when you wanna be or are a positive person especially a coach
