Picked up the Milwaukee Hatchet M12 - 6 inch pruning saw - Part Number #2527-20 for around the home projects and for atv riding. If you own other m12 tools this is probably a must have. After letting a few others use it I know that it made it on their Christmas list. Any questions hopefully I can help you.
I purchased mine from the Tool Nut but they can be had for about $180.00usd through many other retailers.
For more information on the Milwaukee M12 Hatchet visit: www.milwaukeetool.com/Product...
As always no sponsor just sharing things that I like.

I've had my M12 'hatchet' for about a year now and find it excellent for it's intended use. That doesn't mean i use it to cut tree trunks like in the video, i only prune back around 2" branches with it. If i want to cut small tree trunks like in the video i use my M18 version, which often cannot fit into tight spaces between branches.

I have the M18 chainsaw and love it. Battery, as powerful as a gas equivalent, and quiet. I didn't know about their M12 hatchet, but it definitely looks pretty cool. Definitely see its use for the trail riding. For homeowner though, a pole saw is where it's at.

Pole saws are great. I have 3 of them including the Milwaukee. But they suck for tight work in close. I'll be carrying this one in my truck.

Glad this was helpful. It's always tough to just show a product and keep an honest first look. It's a great little tool and you're right on camping. I should of said that in the video. Cheers

Nice little accessory ya scored Nick! That would definitely be an asset in our landscape tool arsenal. You mentioned falling a tree with the Atlas... I too recorded content of an Atlas dropping a tree. Thanks for the reminder, I lost some content to a project... Or did I?🤔 Nice vid my friend, keep up the great work and Be Blessed!💪🏼🪓🌳🌲🦅🇺🇸

Good real world initial review. How many battery bars did you have left? There is another guy on here who put the 10in pole saw bar and chain on this tool to test it out. It worked. It's not gonna win any speed or endurance races, but it worked. So I guess this bar will fit the pole saw then. Don't know why you'd want to do that, but you can. Wonder if the 16 in bar would fit on the pole saw? I'm guessing yes.

@WeldingForJesus

I'd say Hackzall considering this one can easily be used onehanded, but other than that I agree. This Hatchet saw seems like it is made for a very niche kind of customers.
