Nick you are so right. After 10 years studying every trading strategy, philosophy, and using every indicator in the world (well almost every), anyway I literally GAVE UP in January this year (2024). I got rid of every indicator; I just went to an hourly chart and drew silly rectangles above and below price and used them as risk management, and, because I was so frustrated and pissed off, couldn't give a sh*t about what happened... and holy crap my results are so much better. And NO STRESS! Maybe it's a place of frustration so bad that most people need to get to before we all realize it doesn't have to be so hard. I'm not saying ditch all our accumulated skills, but like Nick says, do not abandon your intuition. Let's trust our guts more.

I gotta say Nick. Your trading skill is aging so well. I’ve been in the free Telegram for about a year and I do not trade fx. I just wanted to see if you were legit at first. These last 2 months of your trading has been so top tier, level-headed, and focused. Not only that but your level of transparency is second to none right now. Not only has every trade been called and shown but the charts are posted before! Great job Nick

You have convinced me that my original intuition is correct, and I'm now getting profitable....I fell into the "fixed stop" mentality, it doesn't work for me...a pre-trade plan/expectation is good, but once you are in just go with the flow, adapt to the data in front of you

@@bostonredpill6621 I've been trading on and off for a while, I use trailing stops and trendlines to get out, I rarely use limit orders to get out but I initiate them when I enter to remind me what a good R:R is...I do use ATR to help establish my original stoploss, I try to keep my starting stop over 1ATR (but not always), but I'm holding for at least 1 day...what has changed, as soon as all the data stops looking good I get out vs just letting it hit my original stop loss, this has greatly improved my R:R by effectively lowering my aggerate risk...I let the trade unfold, react to what is happening, this seems to be at the crux of his strategy

My dude!!! You are the goat. Until recently, I've been screwing around with every @#!$@# strategy under the sun. I started watching your "how-to" videos and honestly, it's made a world of difference. I won't say I'm financially free just yet, i'm just trading microlots atm, but my win ratio is around 70-80%. But that's not the kicker. The kicker is that the profit margins are massive. I tried the 5/15/1h timeframes and my ability to spot trends, retests, rejections and breakouts are much better than a week before. Haters can hate, but they don't have a million dollars in the bank. Keep up the good work bro.

Thanks for the advice, I started trading in 2018 (self taught) it’s taken me 5 years to actually create a good strategy, I got a 90% win rate now as crazy as it sounds, but my issue has been greed. It’s such a powerful sin. I’m learning to lower my expectations and just finish the day with a 10% profit instead of my expected 40% (it hurts but I’m getting used to it) most of us actually have good strategies but our expectations are too high!

Nick. I've been trading for two years, with ups and downs but overall losing money. I was about to quit trying when YT recommended your channel. I've been trying your simple concepts for the last two weeks (demo), and for the first time in this two years I feel that I'm on a clear path. For the first time knowing exactly what is going on with each trade. For the first time being consistently profitable (not only by luck). For the first time being mostly relaxed while trading. This two years gave me the experience and the "eye" to understand and apply precisely what you teach, and I'm surprised with the results. Right now I dont have the money to take your course (I dont even have capital to trade yet) but as soon as I get it I'll be joining because if with your YT and free Telegram content I'm doing this well, I cant imagine how this can improve with your course and feedback. Thank you so much. You've been the last beam of light at the end of this tunnel.

😂😂😂😂 this is a big laugh for me. My advice is you should never test your strategy through demo.because demo intended to give tighter spreads and positive slippage which in return give you a high probability of success but unfortunately it will cloud your mind thinking you have a powerful strategy.

In despite of some cursing and some weird drawing in your telegram channel 😁 Which I'm allergic to it, your approach to trading is unique, I stopped trading 3 years ago because I blowed all my buy money my bride money my time and am nowhere, when I follow my approach I ruin my demo account but when I follow yours its the jackpot, I can say that the majority of your trade is a win. I will join the group in the near future hope so 🙂

Hey Nick, I have a strategy I’ve found profitable over 3 months(1 month backtested and 2 forward tested). I’ve gained around 3.25R each month, but the problem is I’m risking 8% per trade. Is risking this amount for 3.25R a month worth it? Or should I find a new strategy. Seems like risking 8% PER TRADE is a lot to only gain ~26% at the end of the month? (taking around 30 trades per month)

Hi. I’m a newbie in this “environment “. And a wannabe retail trader. I’m neither a winner, nor a loser, since I haven’t traded with real money yet. I started watching this channel a month ago, very skeptical, having seen the bad and the worse on KZbin. But what this guy says somehow resonate. I appreciate the no nonsense approach and the cursing. And the self derogatory (apparently derogatory , in retoric is called “paradiastole”) speech: Nick sounds nothing like a degenerate. If anything he sounds like the real deal, so I think I’ll stick around.

A simple edge puts odds on your side like a casino...am finding this intuitive trading quite effective; my focus is so simple, double top double bottom..the top can be anything; two candles or multiple candles forming top/bottom. I also focus on shrinking candles as a loss of mometum followed by a bullish or bearish bar.
