The more I see how far Amit is willing to go to protect his reputation, the more I'm certain he killed his brother to keep him quiet. If people found out about Jay being his son, and the scandal behind it, his reputation would be ruined back home. He'd totally kill to protect it. That means a nutjob with a short fuse. On a positive note, Nicky admitting he loves Suni, and asking him to move in with him, regardless of the circumstances, is totally making my day.

It's pathetic! They are being portrayed as if they're just good friends. As you say, not only don't they kiss but they don't even hold hands, hold each other or hug. Perhaps this storyline is setting them up to split up. (There is another handsome, single gay man in town?!) Cheers

When Nicky professes his love for Suni, it just falls flat because the show's producers and writers haven't built up the relationship. I can't remember the last time they kissed; I think there was a brief scene of them in bed together, was there? It seems so long ago that I've completely forgotten. I guess it's not fair to compare, but remember the way Robert and Aaron's torrid affair was built up, it was electric and the chemistry that was developed between them was incredible. Here, we're supposed to believe Nicky is in love when he's hardly shown anything physically? At least they hold hands, briefly!

Agreed, this feels like of one those times where they tell us rather than show us, which just makes the whole this feel inorganic and kind of fake. It’s disappointing.

@@JakeLikesJoking I don't particularly find the story-line interesting, but yes, it is very disappointing ... as you say, it feels kind of fake. It's like the show's producers are purposely avoiding any physical interaction between the two, which is strange because they showed some pretty explicit scenes between Aaron and his lovers in the past. Yes , I agree the lack of a build up of their relationship is an issue ! Personally , for me I felt it happened way too soon ...after Nicky's other pairings . Still I dig the idea of waring parents of a a gay couple ! I cant recall that ever being a storyline .

About time we some some action between these two. The writers are already on their destructive way to screw up Aaron, let's hope they don't do the same to this potential couple. Of course, does anyone else suspect Suni will soon catch Aaron's attention?

@@jckun100 Yes, I did wonder about that, but the relationships between the Dingles are so complicated that I can't always work out who is related to who?! There are different mums and dads all over the place, though, aren't there? Are they only part-related from a common grandmother, so they're only 'half cousins' (and they're not going to have children together!?) I think Suni will probably get a wandering eye but is Aaron into hairy Indian guys? The writers probably go there to create conflict. Aaron and Caleb don't get along. So Suni cheating with Aaron will piss Caleb and Nicky off.

While I agree with everyone that the chemistry is lacking and that there wasn't enough build-up of their relationship for them to already be in love, I find it funny that everyone seemed happy enough when Nicky and Ally were suddenly in love. Their relationship had less development (they probably only had 2 or 3 episodes together before being in love) and their chemistry was just as weak. Very interesting.

I don't see what people are saying Nicky & Suni don't got chemistry. The actors look uncomfortable doing anything gay related. They probably don't kiss because the actors are straight in real life and don't want to do that. The problem here the story isn't believable and the double standards are ridiculous. Nicky declaring his love for Suni yet no kiss. The story is just sad ib 2023 homophobia still a problem on television. The double standards are gross.

None of this makes any sense. The actor who plays Amit is pretty lame and the script is worse. Sooner he goes the better.
