Idea, all of them get kickback from using their powers, it is just that alot of them are overlooked as just normal things. Like Percy gets dehydrated quicker, part of what makes him tired, but you don't realize it because 1. He has absurd amounts of water stored in him as seen with what happened in Mt. Saint Helen's, 2. Drinking more water while exercising is just normal, and 3. He frequently refreshes his water supply whenever he wets himself for a boost of energy. Annabeth has headaches but that doesn't really show due to headaches being normal and they don't really have many powers beyond a passive intelligence boost. Basically every camper has thematic overuse symptoms, just some are harsher than others. Charmspeak probably has something to do with getting tongue tied.
