Various shots of the Rumanian dictator Mr Nicolae Ceausescu being shown around the industrial and cultural complex in the Ialomitza area. He first looks at model of new factory project. He then goes and looks at work in progress on the sites. He visits new hotel and looks inside hospital. He ends up at the agricultural section and stands waist deep in field of wheat, good shot.
