NICOLAS JACKSON is Going to Be One of The Best Strikers in the EPL!

When I first heard of him through Chelsea's acquisition of him, I went and checked out some footage of him at Villareal and I wasn't too impressed. But then when I saw him in the pre-season tour with Chelsea, I realized that my first impression was based on me being tired and grumpy or drunk or someone must have held me at gunpoint and forced me to snort a few lines. This dude is the TRUTH!! I just hope he stays healthy and that Nkunku (sp) comes back 100%. His strength, his speed and his fearlessness is quite impressive. Just this week I was talking to one of my good friends, who is also a Chelsea fan, and I was telling him in what ways NJ reminded me of Drogba. He may not have scored against Liverpool, but he was giving Konate FITS!!! Chelsea also should have had a penalty in the first half when that same Konate shoved one of our players off the ball from behind. I can't remember who the Chelsea player was, but it was a clear foul in the box. I'm excited about this team!

I was the same as you.. When I first heard we were trying to sign him I watched all the games he played for Villarreal last season.. I could see promise but I was sceptical.. But this guy is growing insanely fast.. His presence and physicality on the pitch is just top class.. Can't wait to see him wreaking havoc.

If we end up getting a new striker i wont panic because it could help Jackson. He can develop and adapt to the league by starting about 15 games and making 20 appearances from the bench against lower opposition, I see him impressing in those games and probably scoring 15-20 goals. Then next season he can be the main man with one season of experience under his belt. He looks like he wants the pressure but its better not to rush it.

I was also thinking somewhere in the 15-20 goal margin, but to be honest I wanted to be the main man this season because he is improving so rapidly. Not to mention that last season was his first season as a striker and he was able to score 12 in 26 in which he was subbed on and off many times. But if we get a more experienced striker I guess I would be okay with him as a secondary. I just can't wait to see him in the prem!

If we get a top class striker, I won't be unhappy I'd be very glad, plus if we do get one and it's someone with years at a high level this could rub off on Jackson and he could improve much more and then we would have two amazingly good strikers.
