Nicole & Billy's Perona Farms Wedding

Sometimes two people just naturally fit together and their mutual respect and love is easy to see. Nicole and Billy are super sweet, smart and two of the kindest souls I have met. Their wedding was full of love and laughter. Their parents beamed with pride the entire night and I felt so tremendously lucky to just get to be a part of the day and to photograph all that love and fun.
Although they now reside in Manhattan, Nicole and Billy wanted their wedding celebration to have a warm home country feel. With thoughtful planning and some clever DIY elements they were able to infuse their wedding with the right balance of city style and country charm. The Old Dairy Barn at Perona Farms served as the backdrop for their outdoor ceremony. After downloading a bohemian style template from Etsy, Nicole created ceremony program fans to keep her guests cool under the strong mid day sun. Nicole and Billy worked with Ibrany Floral Designs on creating the bright colored organic wildflower arrangements that beautifully decorated the ceremony and reception sites. The raw space at Perona Farm's upper barn level was transformed and became center stage for the late night indoor celebration. Nicole & Billy draped Omni string lights to accentuate the rustic appeal of the vaulted exposed wooden beams. Guests enjoyed pleasant conversations during their family style dining and danced all night to the amazing music of Live Wire Entertainment. The evening ended magically as guests cheered and congratulated the happy newlyweds during a sparkler send off.
