I always loved this song, still do and love her.... But actually there's some "religion" in it. We need to get over this stuff that we are not qualified. Once we believe, we absolutely, positively ARE qualified. Why? Because He made us qualified. Yes, because we know Him and I totally get the sentiment that is meant mostly behind these statements...BUT.... we need to realize that we ARE ALREADY qualified, sanctified, righteous, holy... and special. We aren't being sanctified as most popular translations of the Bible say. We are already! Christ is in us, the Hope of glory. God is helping me see this... I am in need of this daily renewal of the mind to see this as well.
