I bought some of the chocolate fair life to drink after my back surgery. Thanks Nicole for showing them to us as a good source of protein. My appetite isn’t the greatest after back surgery (this is my 3rd surgery) so this really helps.

I am with you on the frozen fruit in the overnight oats. I have been doing chocolate cherry overnight oats and I use PE Science Chocolate Truffle protein with frozen cherries and it is sooo good!!!!!

Wondering why no one seems to care about ingredients 🫣😵‍💫 and the focus only on macros 🤔 or maybe I'm just to upses with reading labels now 😂😂😂👀😜

@evelynmarin2429 because you could be eating the "cleanest" ever but consuming way more than you should hence putting you in a calorie surplus. A lot of people want to know why they aren't losing weight, but eating "clean". It's because they're not in a calorie deficit. Fear mongering foods & labeling them "good/bad" doesn't help for people that have struggled with their journey either. I promote moderation with anything, tracking macros with an emphasis of high protein, & moving your body regularly.
