it definitely isn't as soft as normal bewbies but it also depends on the brand you get, some feel softer than others! when I lie down face down, it's not uncomfortable but I do feel a tad bit different from when I did not have implants but it doesn't affect me that much!

mine jiggles a little hahahahaha it depends because technically its under muscle so i think it only matters how much fat you have initially also + i also inserted fat so that helps. however it does get softer over time :)
