Sometimes it just takes time. When I was in my 20's I was addicted to dope, in and out of jail, didn't even have a damn license or job lol and I never imagined my life being any different. I turned 34 in September and i am so glad I kept going, my life is amazing. I'm single with no babies and im thriving! I just went from driving a 2004 old ass car to buying a brand new 2024 SUV and it's gorgeous and I literally never thought id ever buy a new car. Good things happen, it just takes a little time and work ❤❤. If you are currently going through hell, please keep going.

THERAPY IS AMAZING, PRODUCTIVE, EYE OPENING...one of the best things I ever did for myself. I too thought it was only for "crazy" people smh.

Thank you so much for this video. I’m one of your more“seasoned” followers and in 2021, I went through a very traumatic loss 😢 that changed my life forever. I immediately started therapy because I thought that I was going to lose my mind! It has helped me tremendously as a matter of fact, I had a session earlier today. I totally agree with your perspective on how to move forward. I’m finally taking care of me from the inside. I’m a different person now and am looking forward to seeing all that God has for me. Keep up the good work 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

i think the word you were trying to find out is 'viable', the plan is viable-- meaning 'capable of working successfully; feasible' :)) Great video btw! I always love your content. It's beautiful effort with care, & authenticity. thank you for all the work you put in for your beautiful self & to help young girls like me

Great tips, i always love hearing your views on life. What do i do if i blabbed my dreams to too many people and now im second guessing myself? I cant seem to snap out of this rut and just put myself out there!
