Never knew about those marks on the border maker and I was a consultant - you learn something everyday!

Yeah, they are hard to see, but they are so helpful for beginners who can't do it by "feel" yet!

Nice idea that is new to me. Always on the lookout for ways to use tools I already have. Thanks!

I just tried this great technique with the Mountains punch and it worked perfectly! The first impression I had when seeing the finished paper was that it would be terrific for a storm themed page.

Paula Lopatic oh, good to know! I think it would work with many of our punches!!

Hi I Nicole! I did the technique you did with the picket fence. I used my the film strip cartridge. I skipped the first and last punch. Then I the used my Camera Love punch to put In the corner. It look awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. I also used your techniques for the Baroque and Arch Frame Punches. Yeah in so excited. Will be looking forward to more of your techniques. 🙂🙂🙂

Thank you so much for your amazing videos. I’m a CM consultant but I had no clue you could do anything like this with the border maker. I can’t wait to send my friends to your channel.

The picket fence with the "plus sign" or "cross" in the corners would be perfect for a baptism, confirmation, or other religious events!

When using the fence border maker you could fold the paper in half, making a mark so that you can find the middle in that last edge.
@NicolesScrapbooks4 жыл бұрын
True, I'm just not sure how that would work when trying to line it up on the paper guide. I'll have to play around with it.

Watching 2 yrs later. Is the scallop punch still available?
@NicolesScrapbooks Жыл бұрын
Sadly no. Our punches only stay in the product line for 6-12 months. This technique will work with most of our punches though. I think I have another video whining the Geometric Frame Punch with a similar technique. That one is still around.
@makasharon2 жыл бұрын
how are you able to get those beautiful border stamps.
@nicolesoh22712 жыл бұрын
All the products I use are from Creative Memories. This video was from 2020 so the exact punches I used are not available anymore but the technique will work with out other punches. You can see them under the Tools tab on my website: www.creativememories.com/user/nicolesoh

Would this work with the barouque punch??
@NicolesScrapbooks4 жыл бұрын
Sandra Jones the Baroque Punch is designed to make a frame more easily. I have a video just using that punch that demonstrates it as well. You don't need the work-around.

So I’ve made, rather used three sheets of paper, and still can’t get it right, is there a way you can say left side or slow down and show which way the paper is facing, I’m not the brightest person when it comes to directions 🧭 🤣. I’m trying to do the first border that you showed.

Sarah anderson what part are you stuck on? You're trying to do the one with the scallop? Will you please message me through my Facebook page? facebook.com/NicolesScrapbooks I think that will be easier.
