I wish Whoopi had the chance to be more of this cadence on the show. Of course she can’t. This is what I liked about her late night talk show she had for a year or two. This soft roll.

@Michelle6998832 17 күн бұрын
@kimberlyenglehardt5770 If by "roll," you mean role. I don't think Whoopi plays any role (which is kinda ironic since she is an actor, singer & comedian). Whoopi wears her heart on her sleeve. She's an open book. And the more I love her for it.

The day after Trump was declared winner in 2016 my 88-year-old mother turned her large American flag upside down & kept it like that high on a pole for all to see. She also posted articles on her refrigerator about Trump’s cruel policies and behavior for all of her visitors to see.

Marvelous interview, we need more positivity amidst all the muck out there. Partly bc I’m a Berkeley gal, Whoopi has long been one of my favorite heroes. Yeah she “got famous” but she’s so thoroughly normal too. When I was a kid & teen we were pretty well aware of her. So Berkeley proud! Got the book on audible for an upcoming kinda long & stressful trip, Whoopi’s voice is my fave. Can’t wait. Gotta add, my lovely dad died in 2015, and I’ve been happy he didn’t have to experience you know who. Omg he would’ve been so depressed. It’s impossible to really think about. Little bitty silver lining there.
