Great video. The racing is really exciting with foil Vs fin and all the crashes. Any thoughts on extra protection, eg neck braces, being made compulsory? Feel like we have been lucky that nobody has been badly hurt

Its one thing to do over 30 knots on foil on flat water. It feels insane, but possible to do for a weekend warrior. But over 30 knots in the conditons you have in Fuerteventura? Thats for pro sailors only, for sure:) Great job with all the media!

Hi Nico, ganz ehrlich....was hat diese ganze Foilerei eigentlich noch mit surfen und dieser World cup noch mit Werbung für diesen Sport zu tun. Und ständig schaue ich in den Rückspiegel wenn ich diese Race Drohnen Mitschnitte hier von Euch sehe. Porsche fahren und in den Rückspiegel schauen, das ist ja toll...zeigt doch mal was Ihr seht. Making Windsurfing great again heisst meine ich: "Das ist also Windsurfen, das ist jo toll. Das sehe ich wenn ich das mache. Das möchte ich unbedingt auch mal machen." Was sehe ich da eigentlich. Superhelden die 3 fach Loops springen. Toll, ist aber für die meisten doch eher wie die Marsmission. "Da komm ich doch eh nie hin." Ich wette wenn Ihr allein schon das heizen mal endlich zeigt wie wir es sehen, müssten Sie uns doch die Beginner schon im Scharen zulaufen. Bitte ohne ständg in den Rückspiegel zu schauen. How many races does an event need to be an event? I think it is time for a maximum and cherry pick the best conditions when sailing in places with consistent wind. It doesn't look great for the athletes and their equipment either, and the end result is what? Who is going to watch all these eliminations? (Aside from those involved in racing?) Oh, and whilst having a moan: just do fin & foil racing separately - I don't even care in what wind strengths...
