That factory defect continuous P2RL is JUST LIKE my P2R. IT HAS THE SAME THING. Stuck on continuous it is so annoying.

If you ever get a chance if jamie and or school district brings you back for another fire drill maybe try setting off one of the exhaust fan smokes to see the full system in operation. during a fire drill

I’ve always wondered Nic, do you always feel just a tiny bit rebellious when you pull that handle? Yes I know it’s for legit purposes as always but one has to feel a least a quick rush of adrenaline when they do it.

If it's for a drill and people are actually leaving it's always fun to do. On the other hand during silent testing when it's the 50th time you've pulled it that day it's not anything to special lol

Yes it is, the contact switch is defective as when it's on code-3 it sometimes does continuous as this is a factory defective L-Series device

Actually they have slightly less of a screech than when they are on code 3.

I find it kind of weird that there is a SpectrAlert Advance in the 2020 addition.

It's because there was overlap in the construction of what is new addition vs old building where some of the old building had to be deconstructed for the addition and then put back as well as devices obviously mixed up during that process but it does not matter as they are compatible
