I hit this choke back at EBI 12 and it can be pretty sneaky when your opponent's focused on defending the kimura. Check it out! Let me know what you think.

Good advice. I’ve seen people try this hold and end up applying to to the side of the neck instead of the front because there isn’t sufficient arm control to keep them from being able to rotate their head. Gives them a chance to fight their way out.

I love this combination! It is one of my all time favorite moves. I usually go for the triangle instead of the scissor just to be nice to my partner. Nice job teaching it Nikki!

Thank you Chris! I love the triangle too. 😊😊😊

Great tutorial Nikki! This morning my buddy asked me why I don't hit this more since I always get to North south kimura position. Told him I could never get the choke and I dont like being that guy that tries to squeeze peoples heads off. That tip about using the inside of your knee as point you want there chin makes a huge difference on getting in deep. Took some valuable notes from this. Really like how instead of windshield wiping the shins under his head you got your entire leg. I noticed a huge difference. Just got a online membership with Atos you guys have some amazing professors out there in San Diego. OSS!!! ❤️🤙👊

Paxton and I are looking at wrestling technique videos, and we saw this video pop up. It's not the first time I've had one of your videos show up in my feed...and look at those numbers! I'm glad you have found so much success. Keep it up. Love and miss you. Oh, and Paxton says hello.

I used to start from kimura position and just dig my top foot into their neck; sometimes they would escape. I really like your setup, chair sit. Thanks!

I think I saw you sneak this onto a woman in a MMA match a while back. I think she was a black belt and had blonde hair. From out here, I could see it coming but I don't think she had a clue. I don't think she knew what hit her until your legs straightened. Unreal hold, the way the power goes from nil to UGH! Taking one arm away also really makes it hopeless if scissor on right.

I saw the vid where you applied this in a real grappling match! That was awesome! it’s probably not as fun getting squished between your legs as it would seem
Girls legs are so strong. I have never been able to break free from a girl's head scissors. I give up every single time.
