Crispy fried pork crackling with kale on a rainy day 2:22 pm Thursday September 28, 2566 BE. 2023 CE. Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. During a monsoon. Cooked to perfection. Kale still crunchy with maximum flavor and the spice level was as I wanted. A very attentive chef! It turns out to be one of those rainy afternoon meals that was purely joyful. Built on the rainy atmosphere on this back Soi off of Loi Khro Rd. A whimsical meeting recommended by a dear local friend, that I absolutely cannot thank enough for all of her turn ons.
