this versus the Endeavor Scout...? one clear winner over the other, or both about in the same league?

What is the maximum weight for the 148 board???

Got this board just last year and got to ride it last winter. I have the 152 and I am 6 foot 4, 80kg. I took it into the deepest powder I have ever riden but also sketchy and iced pistes. And it couldn’t have performed any better! It was super surfy and so easy to slash and quickly turn. Really recommend this board to anyone who liked powder and carving everything on the mountain. 🏂

Difference between this and the Dancehaul, mainly for carving on groomers and side fun, no park, no jumps no trick, little pow.. Thanks in advance.

Currently ride a Jones explorer in 164W, I wear size 14/15 US boots. From Florida, I surf. Looking for a fun carvy surf style board. Will the mosquito be wide enough?
@ristotakala Жыл бұрын
It will be enough, I have a Nitro Slash 161cm as a longer powder board and found the Mosquito 152 as floaty as Slash. The difference is that Mosquito will excel in trees, I just cannot turn 161cm Slash that fast even if I wanted to. And Mosquito will be faster after landing in powder, you'll be able to begin the next turn in shorter distance compared to longer boards. I have 44 Eur boot and initiating turns is so fast it will take a few days to get a "grip".

Does the Mosquito really turn better than a Korua Cafe Racer or Ride Peace Seeker on groomers? I look for something that I can carve mellow as well as in high speeds. If it can work on some side hits even better.

The Cafe Racer *Plus* is probably a closer comparison in terms of flex and premium construction that the Classic Cafe Racer. But the Mosquito is designed to be ridden much shorter and has a really tight sidecut, so it's going to be best for shorter, tighter, and more reactive carves. If you're looking for more drawn-out, high-speed carves, check out the rest of the snow.surf series from Nidecker, like the Smoke, or (if you're feeling extra brave) the Gun!
