Just remember, being a cabin crew is like being a nanny, nurse (for emergency) bartender,,housekeeper, cook, cleaner, security officer and most importantly a good actress. She mention no matter what or how it happen. You have to stay calm and smile..This is what will prepare you when you are chosen to be a flight attendant. Hey there Nidhi! I would like to let you know that your videos help and guide me a lot through my SIA recruitment journey. I just had my final day yesterday and I was being sent to KIV room. I just fell on my knee the day before and it scratched my knee and also I have some minor face bumps. One of the man in Kebaya fitting asked me to get ride of my face bumps with my on going treatment. He said my application has been kept and once I get rid of everything, I am asked to fullfill a Review form in the SIA web page then I have to wait till I get an invitation back in my country when they are hiring here within 6 months. Can you tell am I failing or not? :’(

Well its good to have flawless skin but thats not the only thing. You can always use make up to cover. Its the over all personality that matters :) Also, I have started my online coaching where I will personally guide potential cabin crew candidates. This includes grooming tips for guys as well. I am good. Thank you. They dont have ant particular criteria but as long as you can see well with contact lenses. They do have eye test as part of the medical at the end. And again they have their own rules based on their doctors in the panel.

It depends on which airline again. But usually you do have to be in one position for a while but honestly this job isnt about promotions, its about service because even if you get the highest rank, you still have to do serve pax on board :)

Hi Anjali. The height they are looking for is 158 cm. They have not mentioned arm reach in the requirement criteria. No harm trying. I always tell people, better to have tried then regretted :) Go for submitting the application :)
