there's an ointment named cutisoft (hydrocortisone acetate cream bp 1% w/w) ...its extremely beneficial ..apply this every night on affected part ....also try to wash hair regularly amd daily and keep ur face oil free and clean

Hey I know this recipe. I have this disease from past 15 years. Its incurable n will be there for lifelong. Wanted to suggest one more thing. Add bhimsen kapur from Amazon in pea size is enough. Its pure form of kapur. N add hung curd than plain curd. It will reduce water dipping issue. All d best🤗

I used coconut oil and curry leaves n applied that oil once every week at night before sleeping morning I wash it off . And once every week apply a hair mask of curd pure honey and lemon n wash off. N sometimes I boil neem leaves use it as serum 2 wice a month. And don't use any serum that contains alcohol it aggravates the problem

Hii nidhi.. first of all I wanna thank you for this video and helping many many people out there suffering from sd, I am one of them and have got a long story about it. I have few questions to ask. And would be glad if you can answer them :- I didn't get suhaga kheel as stated by you but got suhaga ( in solid form) like fitakri and I mash it into small pieces and roasted it for a while to let the water evaporated. Then I mashed the remaining and mixed in the paste. I have just used it today but I see little dandruff leftover on my head. Secondly , I also live in south Delhi, could you tell me where did you get this suhaga kheel from. I can get it from there as well. Thirdly , how many times do you shampoo your hair in a week and how many times it should be done and which shampoo ?
