Damn this was so damn informative. I was so engrossed in the whole video. More people should speak about it. Like yes one may aspire to buy high end stuffs but personally the price is not justified. I would much rather support indian brands with good quality products at an affordable rate. Like just imagine, if Rare Beauty produces a foundation at Rs 500, and the selling cost is something above 3000. THE PROFIT MARGIN! It's humongous! What's the point in making the rich, richer? Some brands have the same manufacturer and yet the price difference is huge. We as consumers should really think what we are investing our money into. I'm not saying purchasing luxury products is wrong and one must not do it. It's their own choice but it's better to buy something at a reasonable rate that performs equally well.

This talk was absolutely needed.. most of the money we pay goes to the star brand ambassador, PR, marketing... Payment of the employees and in general profit for the company.. nothing really to do with the product itself. The bigger the company the more money it needs to stay on its feet.. we all know this.. simplest example is high end lipsticks like MAC vs affordable ones from Miss Claire/ Mars/ Swiss beauty.. they are totally on par sometimes even better thn any luxury brand out there- at 1/20th the price! We need to be responsible consumers.. after all the packing is going to the dumping ground .. be it expired products, old clothes electronics etc.. literally we are choking our planet.. let's just use affordable products and buy less...

I tried Cuffs n Lashes' makeup brushes and your lip and cheek tint in the pot and I can assure that the quality of both is great. For the price, the brushes literally feel high end and they came with two freebies, one of which was the tint. The tint works great too honestly. It is long lasting too.

Never imagined that any content creator/influencer aisi baat pe bhi content bana sakta hay. I mean it's very deep and shadowy topic jisko sab log khulke nhi bolna chahte . I mean u knw they're skeptical about their own profits. But may bhi jewellery, cosmetics sale karti hu aur isiliye may isko "shadowy" topic bol rhi hu kiuki bohot logo ko Aisa bhi lgta hay ki agar hum humaare cost value yah etc etc Saab bol de to phir hamara brand nhi chalega . Always keep transparency in between saler and buyer❤. Aisa topic ko is tarah ka platform mey lana is very very wonderful to watch. In Indian market Aisa bohot affordable brands hay jo us same formulation ko kam price mey bech rahe hay, aur aisa nhi hay ki wo product bura hay!. Chal to Rahi hay na wo product market mey ? Byass ehi kaafi hay . And Also this is not only for Indian Brand..wo kisi bhi international brand key liye bhi yeh baat same e rahega. It's very rare that iss topic mey koi baat hi nhi karta . I have bought SO MANY of her recommendations so many of cuffs and lashes products. I have even repurchased cuffs and lashes lipsticks quite a few times now... (Baaki products chale ja rahe khatam ni hue) but man oh man.. har ek product har ek recommendation absolutely wonderful🥰 I am not exaggerating when i am saying that "har ek" product and recommendations have worked for me.. loved it. Sometimes got the wrong shade or so. Then my sister have loved it .. but to conclude. All i want to say is I love you 💕 how honest and brilliant you are❤️❤️

I have so far liked most of Cuffs n Lashes products but I bought the Primer oil and it had the worst packaging. It would just not come out of the dropper properly. A few months later, it dried down into a thick gel and when I tried to use it on my face, it started pilling my moisturizer underneath and the blush I applied over it. I think I should stick to my Insight primer. Their packaging and formulation is way better. And the Cuffs n Lashes primer comes in a glass bottle which as per Nidhi - is in fact not as environment friendly. I felt triggered to say this because Nidhi talked about her primers which in my opinion were a total waste of money.

The primer oil is in glass bottle because it will react with plastic and I am planning on doing a pump with it because I got the feedback but I will have to continue to use a glass bottle because the composition cannot be stored in a pleasing bottle other wise why will I not want to save money😅

Please improve packaging. Second thing please consider medium skin as well. Your most shade ranges are for fair ppl as you are fair.
