why learn headbutts?

headbutts are allowed in Lethwei (Burmese Bareknuckle Boxing) and in the streets.

I meant why would a pro-kickboxer need to know headbutts for the ring? But, better to know than not, I suppose...

A real martial artist is interested in every martial arts techniques there is, it's a passion. As an example, a striker might be interested in learning BJJ techniques occasionally as well. And yes for self defense as well, headbutts are brutal.
